Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally.

Please ensure the address you are shipping to is correct prior to making your purchase, as your address cannot be adjusted/changed after the purchase without cancelation.

An ABF representative will contact you to schedule a date and time to deliver your truckload at your delivery destination.

You must accept the shipment when ABF calls to schedule your drop. If you do not, you will accrue daily charges of $350

ABF does not off-load the truck. ABF provides a ramp for you to perform this task.

You are responsible for making arrangements to offload and obtain any permits required for a 28-foot trailer to be dropped off on your property for a minimum of 24 hours.

**FREIGHT & PARCEL SHIPPING

Most larger appliances will be shipped via freight. These items will be wrapped; cardboard protected & strapped to a pallet. All smaller items will be shipped via FedEx home delivery, UPS, or USPS.

Large items will ship by freight and will be delivered to the curbside only, we do not offer inside white glove delivery. The freight carrier is not responsible for moving or delivering the item inside the house or taking it upstairs. Curbside means basically to a driveway or possibly inside of a garage if it is paved and has relatively level access.

All shipping information will be provided once your order has shipped. 

 

***Store Pick-ups/Will Call:

 ALL items are available for store pick-up on these specific days: Tues, 7/16; Mon, 7/22; and Tues, 7/23. 7 am – 5 pm all days. Additional days may be announced.

 

****Local Delivery:

We offer delivery up to 150 miles from the store location (Fairfield, NJ) for a fee. Please contact us to receive a quote on delivery.

 

Shipping Damage:

Every shipment is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Please inspect your shipment before signing for it. If you see ANY damage to the packaging, check DAMAGED (upon inspection) on the Freight Bill of Landing and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the freight company and either issue you a refund or repair the item based on the extent of the damage. If the unit is damaged and you sign off on it as a clear delivery, then we will not be able to take responsibility for any damages. It is then your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
