Terms of Sale


LIQUIDATION “ALL SALES FINAL”, No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges.  

Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. All products are sold in their “As Is” condition.  There are absolutely no warranties or representations of any kind or nature, express or implied, concerning the products sold, their condition, their fitness for a particular purpose, their merchantability, or with respect to a patent infringement or the like.  The seller shall, in no event, be liable to the purchaser for any indirect, special, or consequential damages caused, directly or indirectly, by the products purchased, any inadequacy thereof for any purpose or any deficiency or defect therein, or the use or maintenance thereof, or any repairs, servicing or adjustments thereto.  All risk of loss shall belong to the purchaser upon the purchase date.

The Receipt is the entire agreement between the customer and Aurora Circularity, Inc. regarding said items and supersedes all prior discussions and agreements either written or oral.                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Stone, Solid Surface, and other Countertops are considered a complimentary value to be included with your purchase. Aurora Circularity, Inc. does not assign a value to countertops, backsplashes, or hoods due to their fragile nature. No refunds are available for broken or damaged stone, solid surface, and other countertops.                                                                                                                                                                 

Sink Base, Cooktop Base, and Various Cabinets may have pre-existing cutouts for electrical, plumbing, and/or gas connections on backs, sides, and/or toe kicks on both kitchens installed in showrooms and on pre-owned.  Molding and Trim may not be complete as pictured in the listing.  (Often additional molding and trim is needed to complete retrofit).  Backsplash tile, stone and other materials are not included in the purchase price of the kitchen.                                                                                                                                                                                           

Appliances are sold “AS IS”, we do NOT guarantee and/or offer any warranties on appliances.  

Shipping Policy Every shipment is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Please inspect your shipment before signing for it. If you see ANY damage to the packaging, check DAMAGED (upon inspection) on the Freight Bill of Landing and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the freight company and either issue you a refund or repair the item based on the extent of the damage. If the unit is damaged and you sign off on it as a clear delivery, then we will not be able to take responsibility for any damages. It is then your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
